As a D365 F&O Finance Consultant, you will deliver end-to-end solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, configuring the system, supporting integrations, and ensuring successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
•    Configure D365 F&O Finance modules – mandatory General Ledger, preferably Accounts Payable/Receivable and Project         Management  & Accounting.
•    Define organizational structure and configure reporting capabilities.
•    Lead and support end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects.
•    Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate integrations.
•    Support data migration and ensure data integrity.
•    Conduct functional, integration, and UAT testing.
•    Deliver user training and post-go-live support.
•    Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.

Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
•    10–15 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
•    Minimum 3 full end-to-end implementations of D365 Finance & Operations.
•    Banking sector experience is highly valued.
•    Knowledge of integration tools: DMF, Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps.
•    Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications – a strong plus.
•    Deep functional knowledge of Finance and related business processes.
•    Ability to configure workflows, business rules, and security models.
•    Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Automate, Azure).
