Position Summary

We are executing an IT service delivery project for an international client.
A key component of the project involves providing end-user support exclusively onsite.
Remote work is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing and resolving day-to-day technical issues related to software and hardware for end users.

  • Installing and configuring hardware and system applications.

  • Collaborating with other competency teams.

  • Adhering to SLA timelines and managing tickets according to internal procedures.

  • Documenting completed work accurately.


Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.

  • Very good command of Polish C1 and English minimum B2 level.

  • Experience with mobile devices (smartphones/tablets).

  • Experience with printing and scanning devices.

  • Familiarity with videoconferencing equipment.

  • Previous experience in technical support, specifically troubleshooting hardware and software issues, is a plus.

  • Ability to deliver professional customer service.

  • Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork mindset.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP).
  • Higher education degree is an advantage.
