We are looking for Senior Power BI Developer / Technical Lead.


What will you do:


  • Analyzing reporting requirements and designing overall reporting solutions (including data processing, performance tuning, dealing with high data volumes, working in complex business environment, considering data security rules).
  • Supporting business clients define BI enterprise architecture and solution roadmap (including setting timelines, cost estimation and presenting solutions to final customers).
  • Designing and building complex BI reports and dashboards.
  • Defining and implementing best practices and guidelines for BI governance.
  • Leading team of BI specialists in order to fulfill business needs.
  • Leveraging Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform and Azure.
  • Opportunity to work with international clients, in international & interdisciplinary team.

  • Experience in enterprise level solutions implementations in BI area.
  • Proven experience in MS Power Platform tools (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Very good knowledge: SQL, DAX, M (Power Query).
  • Experience in data modeling and data processing.
  • Experience in Power BI capacity and costs administration.
  • Ability to develop dashboards / reports from multiple data sources.
  • Excellent English language skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Knowledge of Power BI external tools i.e. DAX Studio, Tabular Editor.
  • Proven leadership skills - technical team management, building relationships with clients.


Nice to have:


  • Agile, SCRUM, DevOps knowledge and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure platform (Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse Analytics).
  • Experience with other BI tools would be an asset (Tableau).
  • MS certifications.
  • PM certifications.
