About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Consultant with 4-5 years of experience to join the Applied AI practice. This is a consulting‑led role for a senior data professional who advises at C‑suite and senior stakeholder level and solves complex business problems through modern, future‑ready data and AI architectures.
Key Responsibilities

Proven experience with data strategy and governance: You will be passionate about transforming how organisations operate through the intelligent use of data and insight.

Clear understanding of Data Architecture and Design: Modern data architecture design including cloud‑native, scalable Big Data and advanced analytics architectures

Strong Consulting and stakeholder engagement: confidence to engage senior stakeholders, shape requirements, and present recommendations and designs with clarity and credibility

Analytical thinking and problem solving: experienced, inquisitive problem‑solver who thrives on complex challenges and is comfortable working across multiple sectors

AI & Technology Fluency: Knowledgeable of emerging trends and technologies across data, analytics, and AI, and have a personal interest in analytics and evolving analytics offerings.
Additional Requirements

UK mobility with regular client‑site engagement

Security clearance (SC / BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance

Experience working in public sector environments

Architecture frameworks and professional accreditation (e.g. TOGAF)

Familiarity with industry data standards or regulated environments
