Job Description

10+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, and IT Operations within enterprise environments.

Required Skill Set:

 Distributed Application Development, Support, and Operations

 Application Availability, Performance, Incident, Change, Problem, and Capacity Management

 Containerization Technologies and Orchestration Platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift)

 DevOps and CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD)

 Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred)

 Monitoring and Observability Tools (DataDog, CloudWatch)

 ITSM Processes and Tools

 Defect and Work Management Tools (Jira)

 Strong Customer Relationship and Stakeholder Management

 Production Support Governance and SLA Management
