Position Title: Mainframe Developer
Location: Nashville, TN
Position Type: Full Time
Overview
We are seeking a mid-level IT professional with 4–5 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Mainframe technologies. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, proactive, and capable of effectively communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Mainframe technologies such as CICS, JCL, REXX, and DB2.
- Analyze technical requirements and contribute to solution design.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within mainframe applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Interact directly with customers to understand requirements, provide updates, and clarify queries.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Mainframe
- CICS
- JCL
- REXX
- DB2
- Solid understanding of mainframe architecture and debugging tools.
Preferred / Additional Skills
(Added advantage, not mandatory)
- Knowledge of .NET (C#) development.
- Experience with Angular for frontend development.
- Ability to work on modernization or cross‑technology integration projects.

- Excellent customer communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- High level of ownership and accountability.
