Job Role: AWS Cloud Engineer | Scrum & Release Management Specialist

Location: Canada Remote

Job duties:

• Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations
• Manage the product development team to create a strong end product
• Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
• Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon software
• Determine roadmaps for products in the creation phase
• Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process
• Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects
• Own, mentor and guide the team for overall project delivery
• Creating business Mockups in Lucid chart - as and when required
• Support in release management activities and should lead from front

Job Description:

• 4+ years hands on Expertise in AWD Core Development covering the topics of Interfaces with AWD, Web Services, AWD frontend javascript, AWD MI Analytics Reporting
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Compile user stories and requirements via in depth analysis, including workflow, data, platform features and external specification analysis
• Design and develop Workflow solutions using vendor product AWD according to BPMN and group standards, and ensure that solutions developed are consistent with the agreed HSS workflow strategy
• Implement the workflow solutions and rollouts over the full delivery life cycle, ensure a high quality of deliverables and prepare documents for compliance as well as audit checking Investigate functional issues and gaps during iterative build or test process
• Arrange user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of deliverables, and support business to complete user functional testing
• Provide on-going support and maintenance on existing workflow solutions Essential Experience (in order of importance)
• Working experience with the vendor product “BusinessOptix” & “ActiveOps” is an advantage
