We are looking for a Technical Application Engineer with French for our growing team.

Role Essentials

• Language Skills: Proficiency in both French and English is a must.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid setup with 1 day per week at our Timisoara Office.

Professional skills

• Education: Preferably Computer university degree or a similar qualification, any other university degree with background in IT area;
• Professional experience in IT: at least 3+ year experience;  
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant, hands-on Microsoft and Linux Operating System experience in a large enterprise (datacenter) environment;
• Strong experience with IIS, Apache Tomcat, Web methods, etc;
• Good understanding of workload automation applications (Control-M, $Universe, UC4, etc);

 
What will you be doing

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability of applications;
• Set up and manage monitoring systems to detect anomalies and respond to incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis;
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools;
• Analyze system performance and usage trends to forecast future capacity needs, ensuring systems can scale effectively; 
• Identify bottlenecks in applications and infrastructure and implement optimizations to enhance performance and reliability;
• Work closely with development teams to improve system design and deployment processes, ensuring reliability is built into the software lifecycle;
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and incident response procedures;
• Ensure systems adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, implementing necessary controls and audits;
• Participate in blameless postmortems to drive continuous improvement and implement lessons learned.
