Software Product Owner & SCRUM Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Product Owner with a strong technical background in software development to manage and develop Multi-Cloud management platform. As a Software Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the success of our software product, ensuring its development, growth, and transformation into an industrial software solution.

Responsibilities:

•    Technical Awareness
•    Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate and contribute with stakeholders, including CTOs, product managers, and executives, to create product roadmap. Translate business goals into technical requirements and ensure alignment between the product roadmap and development efforts.
•    Agile Project Management: Act as SCRUM master facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Utilize agile methodologies to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality software increments in a timely manner. Accountable that all data / roadmap is tracked in the tool with accurate status.
•    Product Development: Software engineering projects hands-on experience. Accountable for artifacts quality.
•    Industrial Software Transformation: Identify key milestones and criteria for transforming the product into an industrial-grade software solution. Develop strategies and plans to scale the product, improve performance, enhance security, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
•    Product Growth and Evolution: Continuously monitor the market, industry trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion. Drive innovation, propose new features, and explore integrations with complementary technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Work closely with portfolio manager to define and update regularly service package and offering. 

Requirements:
•    Strong technical background: Experience in software development projects with deep understanding of software engineering principles.
•    Product ownership expertise: Proven track record as a Software Product Owner, driving the successful development and delivery of complex software products. Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience managing product backlog. Observability, Finops, Policy management, E2E automations.
•    Communication and collaboration skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including developers, designers, managers, portfolio managers and executives. Responsible for communication around the product roadmap.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex software challenges and make informed decisions.
•    Drive EPIC Sprint Story decomposition phase into tracking tool
•    Ongoing drive of sprints content definition and sprint executions
•    Tactically report on sprint execution health
•    Understanding of cloud, service management domain
