Service Desk with German

We are looking for a fluent German-speaking colleague to join our team on a dynamic, long-term project.

Requirements:

• B2 English level (upper intermediate); German B2-C1.
• Basic knowledge of the main ITIL processes, with reference to Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Management, SLA Management.
• Sufficient knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, workflow processes and software lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and communication skills, sound, judgment, disposition to teamwork with customers and CS team.
• Problem-solving orientation and proactive approach.
• Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical issues.
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered approach.
• Good knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and further tech products.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to understand complex relational database.
