As part of our development, we want to strengthen our Engineering team to support the growth of the Product and develop new features.

Mission

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, under the supervision of the Lead Architect, you will be involved in:

• Developing new key features such as store management, collaboration tools, and life cycle analysis (LCA) functionalities.

• Providing and evolving the public API of our product, essential for our clients and partners.

• Ensuring consistency, evolution, and optimization of the platform's data (environmental assessments, platform auditability, product nomenclatures, material eco-scoring, etc.).

You will be participating in technical decisions and working closely with the Design and Product teams to ensure optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Design and develop application features in alignment with the product roadmap and business priorities, ensuring maintainable, performant and secure code quality.

• Support for New Features: Provide technical solutions for features such as store management, user collaboration and life cycle analysis (LCA), while meeting scalability and optimization requirements.

• Quality Assurance and Code Review: Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensure the quality and compliance of developments and adhere to best development practices.

• Application Architecture Participation: Collaborate on architectural choices and technical directions of the platform, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Automation and CI/CD: Contribute to deployment automation and maintain CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams, ensuring smooth delivery processes and a seamless transition to production.

• Monitoring and Maintenance: Participate in monitoring application performance, debugging and resolving incidents in a production environment.

• Technological Watch: Stay updated on technological trends and framework developments and propose improvements or new practices adapted to the project context.

Profile:

• Senior Full Stack Developer with proven experience in SaaS product development.

• Strong Web application technologies in React, and good knowledge of NextJS, and PostgreSQL.

• Basic knowledge of NodeJS and NestJS

• Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure such as ArgoCD, Terraform, GitHub Actions and Gravity, and AWS.

• Autonomy, proactive and solution-oriented approach and good understanding of business challenges.

• Team spirit and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Design and Product.

• Fluent English (French-Romanian teams).
