SENIOR ACCOUNTANT 

We are looking for a passionate Senior Accountant Specialist, within Atos Romania Finance Department, working on specific accounting, controlling, tax and treasury projects and in close cooperation with business responsible to advise on a wide variety of finance topics; reports to the country Head of Finance and is focused on adding value to local business and Atos Group.

Job Description:

• Support or manage transition of agreed processes. 
• Manage day to day activities performed by the Accounting and Controlling Team. 
• Ensure that services are defined and processes are documented. 
• Monitor and analyze service performance, taking corrective action where required (process management). 
• Resolve escalations from business owners / internal customers. 
• Provide regular service updates and management reports as requested by Head of Accounting and Controlling and internal customers. 
• Promote continuous improvement in relation to process efficiencies and customer service. 
• Propose and drive initiatives and projects in alignment with Head of Accounting and Controlling and respective stakeholders to improve efficiency and quality of processes. 
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve objectives and services levels. 
• Ensure that adequate staffing is provided to achieve agreed service levels. 
• Maintain a positive working culture that encourages open communication, continuous learning and improvement, mutual respect, and job satisfaction. 

Job requirements: 

• BS/BA and Master in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance 
• +6 years of working experience in relevant field or in accounting, auditing or controlling 
• Experience in managing projects 
• Experience in managing process improvement or IT implementation projects 
• SAP FI / CO / BW, Excel, Business Intelligence Software 
• Proficient with Excel
• Strong Analytical Skills 
• Excellent Networking and Communication Skills 
• Strong customer orientation 
• Excellent English language skills
