Scrum Master with German

Now we are looking for Scrum Master with ITIL experience and preferably, German skills to join our company! 

Role description: 

• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed and teaching Scrum practices and principles 

• Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality 

• Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress 

• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution and getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work 

• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information 

• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog 

• Hosting daily stand-up meetings and assisting the team to determine their goals and shielding the team from distractions 

Required qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 

• Experience in technology-related roles ; ITIL 

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master 

• German language skills will be considered a big plus 

Preferred skills: 

• Excellent communication and strong leadership skills 

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams 

• Competence in working with people, teams, partners and customers on time-sensitive initiatives 

• SCRUM certification, such as Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is not required, but it is recommended
