We are looking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking Consultant (m/f/d) with very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, which are supplemented with very good knowledge of the integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
In this role you will round off your extensive experience in HR processes at Employee Central with knowledge of the SAP Activate project methodology and project management or sub-project management for national and international customers.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Qualified, professional and technical advice for our customers as well as support after implementation projects
- Preparation of requirements analyses and effort estimates as well as conception of business processes and implementation of business processes with SAP SuccessFactors, taking into account integration aspects and technologies
- Management, planning and implementation of module and integration tests as well as implementation of internal and external training courses with preparation of documentation in compliance with the relevant methods and tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Workbooks)
- Development of decision templates for the customer's decision-makers, independent coordination and enforcement of standards (based on the SAP SuccessFactors cloud solution) as well as holding customer/user presentations and workshops at management level in English and German
- Know-how development in innovative business or technological topics as well as active participation in internal knowledge management in local and global teams
- Identification of business opportunities, preparation of offers, effort estimation and customer presentation for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, alternatively completed vocational training and professional experience
- Many years of professional and project experience in the field of consulting and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (~ 5 years) as well as experience in agile project methodology
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking with successfully completed projects and in-depth HR knowledge
- Experience in dealing with ticket tools such as SAP Solution Manager
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
- Very good presentation skills, independent and punctual way of working, independent and confident communication, ability to work in a team and willingness to travel
