- Provide consulting and support for SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA) processes.
- Analyze, optimize, design, and implement HR processes within SAP HCM.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM solutions, including payroll schemas and rules.
- Participate in SAP HCM implementation, migration and S/4HANA conversion projects.
- Conduct customer workshops, gather requirements and develop solution concepts.
- Define work packages, coordinate project activities and support customers through go-live and hypercare phases.
- Advise customers on functional and process-related topics within SAP HCM.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Contribute to presales and business development activities, including proposals, tenders, presentations and customer meetings.
- Create and maintain project documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Support continuous improvement and knowledge transfer within the organization.
Required Skills & Expertize:
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Additional experience in one or more of the following is considered an advantage:
- Time Management (PT)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Cost Planning (PKP)
- Proven experience in SAP HCM customization, particularly payroll schemas and rules.
- Strong understanding of German HR and payroll processes.
- Experience with SAP HCM implementation and transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
