Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our SAP Academy in Timisoara. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training in SAP software solutions, preparing you for a successful career in the IT industry. If you are fluent in French and English, and you are located in or near Timisoara, this hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while working with a leading global technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program covering SAP basis and DB administration, processes and methodologies.
• Gain hands-on experience through real-world projects and simulations under the guidance of experienced SAP professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
• Utilize your French and English language skills to engage with international clients and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation and configuration of SAP software according to client specifications.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients, providing updates and clarifications as needed.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Timisoara or nearby areas, with the ability to work in a hybrid model (combination of office and remote work).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in SAP software and IT solutions. 
  !  Any knowledge and experience on Operating Systems (Linux, Unix, Windows etc), DataBase (Oracle, Sybase, MaxDB, HANA, DB2) is highly appreciated.
• Attitude: Eager to learn, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work schedule, balancing office presence with remote work.
