Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SCCM Engineer with advanced proficiency in German language to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation, design and further development of a central automation framework based on Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) for the management of approx. 1,200 Windows server systems in various customer environments.

The tasks mainly consist of the following activities:

• Setup and operation of a PKI Certificate Authority for the infrastructure;
• Customisation, provision and rollout of the SCCM client;
• Ensuring the availability of the central software distribution infrastructure and its clients;
• OS deployments including image maintenance for the deployment of Windows servers;
• Creation, testing and rollout of software and software updates on Windows servers;
• Automated patching of Windows servers;
• Automated provision of SQL reports for the provision of inventory, system and compliance information;
• Automated implementation and monitoring of compliance rules;
• Configuration and provision of Windows Defender for Endpoint via SCCM.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaboration on various projects in the field of software distribution;
• Support for the Citrix team on call (optional).

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM);
• Microsoft operating systems, in particular Windows Server 2019 and newer;
• Automation with PowerShell in the Windows Server environment;
• Network knowledge: firewall, NAT, routing;
• Database queries based on SQL / MS SQL;
• German language knowledge (conversational).
