Are you a technical expert with solid experience in MECM (SCCM), Intune, Application Packaging, Windows OS (Client & Server) and professional proficiency in German?

We have a multi-skilled opportunity designed to support your professional development and allow you to make a meaningful impact within a customized services environment.

What will you be doing:

• Operations management:

• Administration and support of MECM (SCCM), Intune, Application Packaging and Windows OS (Client & Server) environments;
• Creation, maintenance, and deployment of application packages (e.g. MSI, MSIX, scripts) using MECM and Intune;
• Participation in transition projects, including the implementation of customer requirements and related solutions;
• Customization and creation of technical documentation and reports for customers, technical administrators and management;
• Independent analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues and errors. 

• Change Management

• Coordination and implementation of changes in accordance with established processes.

• Incident and problem management:

• Responsible for identifying common incidents;
• Responding to queries and disruptions;
• Initiating problem management - this includes the coordination of the problem record, i.e. bringing together the relevant processors and actively participating in workarounds in order to later develop a corresponding solution and the documentation of the problem record.

Desired profile:

• Extensive hands-on experience with MECM (SCCM), Intune, Application Packaging and Windows OS (Client & Server);
• Professional working proficiency in German and English;
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty;
• Strong teamwork skills, flexibility and mobility;
• Relevant and current certifications are considered an advantage.
