Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Intune/ SCCM Engineer to join our team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of services, providing technical guidance, and ensuring effective incident resolution for our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert guidance on incidents and issues raised by customers, escalating them to higher levels as necessary;
  • Coordinate the activities of the delivery team to ensure seamless operations;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and technical challenges;
  • Create and monitor incidents reported by customers through various channels such as phone and email;
  • Prevent incidents and issues by ensuring system security and employing existing processes and technologies;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with team members, and keep customers informed of progress;
  • Follow up on security incidents and ensure they are resolved effectively;
  • Accurately record, track, and document relevant information;
  • Support the automation and streamlining of operational processes.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in transition projects and implement customer requirements along with corresponding solutions;
  • Customize and develop technical documentation and reports for customers, technical administrators, and management;
  • Conduct independent analysis and resolution of technical problems and errors;
  • Manage incident and problem resolution by identifying common issues, responding to disruptions, and initiating problem management processes, including coordinating problem records and gathering relevant stakeholders;
  • Oversee change management by coordinating with involved parties and independently implementing changes according to established processes, primarily involving hardware upgrades and software updates.

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive professional experience with MECM, INTUNE, and Windows OS (Client & Server);
  • Proficient in English; German would be nice to have;
  • Relevant current certifications in the field are preferred;
  • Strong teamwork abilities, a customer-oriented mindset, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
