Purchasing & Real Estate Analyst 

*2 years fixed-term contract

 

The Purchasing Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate procurement documentation, reporting, vendor coordination, and administration of real estate, facility, and service contracts across local and selected global activities.

This role supports both local and global operational reporting needs and provides backup support for administrative and front-office activities when required, ensuring business continuity for the Timisoara site.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support purchasing and procurement activities, including supplier coordination, order tracking, and procurement documentation
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing, operational, and management reports for local and global stakeholders
  • Support global reporting activities through data collection, consolidation, tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain and administrate real estate, facility, and service contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, renewals, vendor records, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide administrative support related to procurement, contract management, and office operations.
  • Act as backup for administrative and front-office activities when required.

 

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, contract administration, reporting, or similar operational roles.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.
  • Experience preparing reports and maintaining contract-related documentation.
  •  Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and service-oriented mindset.
  •  Advanced English and Romanian language skills.
  • Flexibility to provide administrative and front-office backup support when required.

     

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other procurement/ERP tools.
  • Previous exposure to real estate, lease, facility, or workplace operations processes.
  • Experience supporting global reporting activities.
  • Experience in an international corporate environment.
