You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful integration of solver software, optimizing performance, and meeting project objectives.

As an Agile Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects related to the high-performance computing environment for an automotive client. The role is adapted to the unique needs of each project, ruling it dynamic and rewarding.

 

    Role responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects using an Agile methodology.

  • Facilitate collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.

  • Inspire and guide cross-functional Agile teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Identify and assess potential risks, providing mitigation strategies.

  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project goals.

  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

 

Qualifications & skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

  • IT Project Management experience (with some relation to infrastructure projects like data centers if possible)

  • Experience with Atlassian suite

  • Experience with Agile projects

  • Drive, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

  • Enjoy working in a team to solve complex issues.

  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities.

  • Technical education or work experience.

  • Professional Proficiency in German (all tickets and communication is in German)

  • Nice to have:  PMP, PSM / PSPO certifications.
