We are on the lookout for a Problem Manager with French to join our team. 

 

Role Essentials

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both French and English is a must;
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid setup with 1 day per week at our Timisoara Office.

Professional skills

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in previous similar role (ITIL)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, Database and Applications  
  • Strong customer centricity skills;
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Methodical and disciplined approach to work;
  • Excellent communication abilities;
  • Initiative and good learning abilities.

 

What will you be doing

  • The principal of the process is to address the Resolution and Removal of causes, part of the 5 R’s methodology. (5R’s – Response, Recognize, Relief, Resolution, Removal);
  • Follow the ITIL process framework;
  • Reactive work – after every major incident a problem record is created to document Root Cause Analysis and planned Problem Resolution;
  • Schedule and conduct RCA calls with different stakeholders;
  • Continuous follow up on pending problem tickets and make sure the technical teams are giving timely inputs for the investigated problems;
  • Finding the real root cause is a complex process and might take a long time to complete;
  • The Bridge Operations Manager is accountable for the RCA document;
  • Proactive work - Ticket Trending analysis performed, Investigate problems before they cause incidents, assess the related risks, and optimize the response with the aim of minimizing the probability and/or the impact of incidents;
  • Collaborate with Knowledge Manager on documenting known error database to avoid situations from re-occurring;
  • Attend all relevant meetings on service management processes.
