What are we looking for?

We are looking for Project Manager to join our team.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project;
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
  • Define project tasks and/or work packages;
  • Develop full scale project plans;
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff;
  • Manage project budget;
  • Manage project resource allocation;
  • Plan and schedule project timelines;
  • Manage and analyze risks and issues and provide mitigation plan for them;
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;
  • Provide direction and support to project team;
  • Manage stakeholders;
  • Quality assurance;
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
  • Drive, monitor and report progress of project;
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project milestones;
  • Drive and implement lessons learned at the end of the project.
  • Education: Qualification in project management or equivalent;
  • Stakeholder management skills performing activities both internal and external with upper 
  • management focus;
  • IT Background (technical knowledge);
  • Corporate understanding;
  • Deep understanding of English (spoken and written) 

 

Experience/Knowledge Essential

  • Detailed knowledge of the theory and operation aspects of their process;
  • Understanding of the ITIL best practices;
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Competent with Microsoft Office


Experience/Knowledge Desirable

  • Relevant industry knowledge and technical skills (database administration, internet protocol, application monitoring, unix systems, networking, server virtualization);
  • ITIL Foundation and/or ITIL Intermediate certifications would be an advantage;
  • ServiceNow;
  • Proficiency in GERMAN or FRENCH.
