PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology Strategy & Innovation Execution

  • Support the Cybersecurity CTO to define the technology strategy for the Emerging Cyber Portfolio
  • Support the Head of Emerging Cyber Offering Management in activities related to the Emerging Cyber domain (including offerings, POC/POV, external funding, and the innovation lab), with a focus on technology and innovation.
  • Contribute to identifying new technical trends and innovative technologies where Emerging Cyber should be positioned.
  • Lead the design, execution and delivery of Proofs of Concepts and Proofs of Value to validate emerging technologies and concepts
  • Translate technology innovation strategy into tangible prototypes & demos, collaborating with delivery teams.
  • Act as a technical architect in Emerging Cyber topics (AI security, PQC, PET/PEC, etc.)
  • Coordinate the update of the Atos Cyber tech radar driving SMEs
  • Build & nurture a technical ecosystem of partners, and academic partners to co-develop innovative cyber solutions

Standards and Frameworks

  • Actively contribute to monitoring standards and frameworks related to topics aligned with the strategy and portfolio, and evaluate their impact on customer’s needs, Atos positioning & offerings.

Portfolio Development

  • Support, from a technology perspective, the Emerging Cyber Global Product director in assessing the portfolio of products, services, and solutions, and provide relevant recommendations.
  • Evaluate technical efforts with other GBL teams (platform, delivery, centres of growth) and identify the technical profiles required to meet roadmap objectives.
  • Coordinate all relevant technical stakeholders and partners to support Project Management and contribute ensuring timely development of the product roadmap within the allocated budget.
  • Leverage feedback from the market, analysts, customers, and internal teams (e.g., delivery) to enhance the strategy, products, and development processes. Analyze progress and incorporate lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure technical consistency in our integrated security solutions and services that span across GBLs and practices.
  • Support the go-to-market plan in collaboration with marketing, business development teams, and the Head of Digital Security Offering Management

Innovation Lab

  • Participate in the development of the Security Innovation Lab: processes, methodologies, platforms
  • Contribute actively to customer innovation workshops (preparation, meetings, recommendations…) to demonstrate value through applied innovation
  • Build POC/POV, relying on Platform management team and/or any other GBL Team whose capacities could be required
  • Manage Lab environments for testing, demo, simulations & validations

Cross collaboration

  • Identify initiatives and SMEs across BLs, GBL R&D teams, GBL Delivery teams, and industry technical teams, on topics where Emerging Cyber aims to position itself (e.g., PQC, AI Security, Cloud Sovereignty, DataOps, PETs).
  • Coordinate actions accordingly
  • Establish a vision focused on sharing and collaboration to have end to end technological and business approach.

Business Development

  • Support sales and pre-sales in strategic deals to showcase Digital Security offerings and contribute to business growth.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to evangelize offerings and lead sales enablement and training initiatives.
