L2 Log management Support Engineer

Key responsibilities:
Debug day-to-day job issues in Log Management and provide solutions
Perform data migration,
Upgrades and database/tool maintenance
Develop scripts to automate reports and maintenance activities
Perform Tuning and increase Operational efficiency on a continuous basis
Provide Level 2 Support for Log Management issues.
Work in shifts 24/7 support

Desired Profile:
Basic knowledge of the Cybersecurity field
Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages (Java, PowerShell, Python)
Basic knowledge of networking, databases, Windows, AD, DNS, backup technologies orprinciples
At least 1-year experience with Linux
Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing
Knowledge of IT processes and methodology
Enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive attitude
Professional curiosity and the ability to enable yourself in new technologies
University degree majoring in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
Team player, willing to learn, grow and understand the Cyber-Security technologies
Excellent communications skills in English
