Key Accountabilities:
- The Process Manager works closely with Program Management for the customer and other delivery organizations;
- Builds long-term relationships with internal colleagues;
- Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines;
- Process automated workflow design, develop and maintain with Solutions such as RPA;
- Prepare recurrent status presentation to all defined stakeholders;
- Prepare and communicate lessons learnt;
- Responsible for establishment and consistent application of the process through the correct integration of the tools, resources, platforms, applications and databases”
-Works with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure coordination and communication with the customer
-Ensure process integration with the other ITIL processes;
-Focuses on business requirements and business risk management and compliancy;
-Analyze ticket records to determine any trends or apparent problems that occur, produce regular management reports, ensure SLAs and KPIs are tracked and met;
-Maintains and improves process effectiveness (quality), process efficiency (cost), process performance (throughput) and process vulnerability (security);
-Initiates follow-up actions to correct any problems or inefficiencies arising during execution of the Process and highlights any issues or ideas of improvement.
Experience/Knowledge Essential:
- Good understanding of ITIL theory and operational aspects of their process;
- Competent with Microsoft Office;
- Demonstrated ability to work on both independent tasks and in a team environment;
- Analytical mind, strong in finding errors in complex processes using troubleshooting skills;
- Think End2End, able to organize a group of people to solve a specific problem in different fields;
- Supportive attitude, good communication skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
