Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Intune Engineer based in or near Timișoara to help manage the full lifecycle of corporate devices using Microsoft Intune and related technologies. You’ll be key in deploying and securing endpoints, enforcing compliance policies, and ensuring a smooth user experience across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to implement a modern, cloud-native, Zero Trust approach to device management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices via Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Design and implement compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access rules
• Manage and deploy business applications (Win32, LOB, M365) and support Windows Autopilot scenarios
• Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues involving user access, device enrollment, and compliance
• Work closely with security teams to ensure endpoints meet organizational standards
• Generate reports on device health, compliance, and inventory
• Document solutions and follow Microsoft best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (minimum 1–2 years)
• Good understanding of endpoint compliance, device enrollment, and mobile device management (MDM)
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid or remote team setup
• A proactive and security-conscious mindset

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications: MD-102, MS-102, MS-500, AZ-104
• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Experience with Mobile Application Management (MAM)
• Knowledge of hybrid environments (e.g., SCCM + Intune co-management)
