Integrated Management System (IMS) Support Engineer

This role ensures the effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO standards and business objectives.

 

Mission

Ensure Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Support planning to achieve IMS objectives.

Participate in the monitoring and reporting process, performance, and KPIs. 

Contribute to identifying and implementing improvement and corrective actions.

 

Main Responsibilities

Support the control and maintenance of IMS documentation to ensure alignment with risk management and process-based approaches.

Assist in organizing, conducting, and reporting internal audits, as well as supporting external audits.

Assist in controlling IMS implementation through audits, reviews, measurements, and reports.

Maintain relationships with regions to align processes and ISO standards.

Support in identifying issues and implementing improvement and corrective actions, as well as recovery and risk mitigation plans.

Collaborate with process owners to fulfil Integrated Management System objectives.

Assist in tracking and monitoring objectives and performance

Interface with interested parties, including certifications and external requirements.

Support the preparation and follow-up of Management Reviews, including collecting data, monitoring KPIs, and tracking action plans.

Contribute to the development and delivery of IMS-related training sessions.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Certified or trained internal auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001) or willingness to obtain certification

Degree in Management, Engineering, Quality, or a related field.

Experience in planning, organizing, and conducting internal audits, and supporting external audits

Experience in process control, data analysis, and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and make decisions within IMS responsibilities

Experience in monitoring KPIs and performance objectives

Experience in implementing improvement and corrective actions

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Ability to design and deliver training sessions.

 

Recommended Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, environment, information security management systems, health and safety, or support processes

Experience in monitoring and reporting process performance

Experience in stakeholder and customer interaction.

Proven experience in organizing and conducting audits (internal and external).

Experience in industrial and/or IT services environments, including project-based work.

Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma

 

Additional Requirements

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, Outlook, Power BI, or other reporting tools.

Advanced English (written and spoken)

French is considered an advantage

Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
