Are you passionate about procurement and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? We are looking for an IT TELCO & BID BUYER to join our team and make an impact in both procurement and bid management roles.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

For the TELCO Category:

  • Negotiate products/services in the TELCO category.
  • Conduct tenders for products/services within this domain.
  • Actively participate in global TELCO meetings.
  • Manage and collect rebates and credit notes for the category.

For the BID Team:

  • Prepare essential documents such as NDAs, MOUs, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with offer submission schedules.
  • Negotiate MOUs (pre-sales back-to-back contracts) to protect the company’s interests.

 

Specific Requirements:

  • Represent French procurement in internal client and supplier meetings.
  • Exhibit a clear understanding of the stakes and objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Display interpersonal skills and dynamism to manage high-level interactions.
  • Demonstrate fluency in both French and English.
  • Possess solid knowledge of IT TELCO processes and legal concepts.

Location: Remote work from Romania
