Your job in a nutshell:

Your job in a nutshell: As our Service Desk Specialist with German proficiency, you will be the linchpin of our customer support, providing a comforting presence and expert solutions to all technical conundrums. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves fielding queries with poise and prowess in both English and German, and charming our users with your superb service savvy. You will be the frontline hero, ensuring that every interaction is as smooth as a well-oiled machine. We will count on you to keep our digital realm running like clockwork and uphold the bridge between our services and our German-speaking clientele.

    

What will you be doing:

  • Offer technical support to German-speaking clientele through telephonic communication and electronic correspondence.
  • Diagnose technical problems and deliver effective resolutions to end-users.
  • Elevate intricate technical matters to higher-level IT personnel to guarantee expedient resolution.
  • Record, monitor, and systematically arrange calls and service tickets to adhere to established service level agreements.
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer contentment by rendering swift and competent service.

 

Requirements:

  • German – B2 minimum
  • English – B2 minimum
  • Availability for night shifts
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
