We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as an IT Service Desk with German 24/7. As a member of our team, you will provide technical assistance to our clients in Germany in their native language.


This is a full-time contract position that offers a fully remote work opportunity. You will work 8 hours a day, with your lunch and small breaks included. It doesn't matter where you are located within Romania, as long as you have a stable and secure internet connection.


To be considered, you must have a minimum B2 German and a B1 English language level and be available for night shifts, as we operate 24/7. In addition, we will provide all the training necessary to excel in this role, so don't worry if you're new to the field. You'll be part of a team of experts, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer service.

This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience in the IT field is required. Minimum computer operating skills would be a plus. If you are interested in IT and enjoy helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to kickstart your career in IT.








•           Provide technical assistance to German-speaking users via phone and email

•           Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to users

•           Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff to ensure timely resolution

•           Log, track and prioritize calls and tickets to ensure service level agreements are met

•           Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service



 •          Fluent in German (B2 minimum)

  •      English (B1 minimum)

 •          Availability for night shifts

 •          Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

 •          Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 •          Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
