IAM Security Engineer

 

Main Duties Include:


 - Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management solutions to ensure secure access control and authentication processes.;
 - Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM technologies into existing systems, ensuring seamless and secure user access management.;
 - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring timely support for business operations;
 - Develop and maintain IAM security documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical guidelines.;
 - Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support IAM technologies like PKI, SailPoint, Okta, or PAM.;
 - Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers.

Requirements:


 - Hands-on expertise with at least one IAM technology (PKI, SailPoint, Okta, PAM).
 - Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity federation protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
 - Proficient in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of German is a plus..
 - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 - Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

 

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in at least one of the following IAM technologies: PKI, SailPoint, Okta, PAM (Privileged Access Management).
 - Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity federation protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
 - Experience with cloud-based identity management solutions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar).
 - Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation of IAM processes.
 - Ability to configure and integrate IAM systems with existing infrastructure (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).

Vendor-specific certifications in IAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint Certified Identity Professional, Okta Certified Professional).
