Are you ready to shape the future of global sales operations? We're hiring a Global Demand and Change Consultant to drive innovation, streamline change processes, and elevate our Salesforce ecosystem.

 

Our team is focused on optimizing our Salesforce platform ecosystem to enhance the architecture, efficiency, and effectiveness of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system—an essential backbone of Sales operations. It operates within the Accounts and Sales Experience Team, which is part of the broader Chief Growth Office.

 

Your job in a nutshell:

As a Global Demand and Change Consultant, you oversee assigned ongoing enhancements and collaborate closely with the Global Change Coordinator to ensure high-quality deployments, adherence to timelines, and clear, effective communication across stakeholders.

 

What will you be doing: 

Change Management & Coordination

  • Discuss weekly with the Global Change Coordinator about upcoming changes and new business requirements; follow up on assigned change requests.
  • Support business stakeholders in translating new requirements into formal change requests.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce IT team to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure readiness for development and deployment of new enhancements.

 

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Build test scenarios using inputs from CRF documents, process documentation, and other sources.
  • Act as the primary tester for assigned enhancements.
  • Coordinate testing activities with IT, GSO, process owners, and the SPOC community.
  • Support the Global Change Coordinator in maintaining deployment timelines, quality standards, and effective communication.

 

Communication & Documentation

  • Document new enhancements in collaboration with process owners to support communication via Teams, Chatter, demo sessions, and newsletters.
  • Present and demo key enhancements to stakeholders and the user community.

 

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Support

  • Contribute to process, tool, and task improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
  • Support ad hoc strategic requests and key initiatives from GSO management.

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to translate process descriptions and change requirement documents into user test scenarios.
  • Capacity to manage diverse topics across varying scopes and content areas.
  • Skill in coordinating activities while also diving into detailed execution when needed.
  • Adaptability to reprioritize tasks in response to shifting business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including opportunity management.
  • Familiarity with Atos organizational structure, governance, and internal collaboration tool.
  • Understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline management.
