The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Dispute Management Agent to join our team. This role is essential in managing cardholder disputes, safeguarding the interests of both client banks and their cardholders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze and process cardholder disputes to determine eligibility for reimbursement.
- Process chargebacks with scheme tools (Visa Resolve Online or Mastercom).
- Identify trends in disputes to enhance fraud monitoring and overall efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of scheme regulations and local payment laws.
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide training support to newcomers.
- Reply to clients regarding the outcome of the dispute.
