What are we looking for?
We are looking for Change Management with German for our growing team.
Process Specific:
• Responsible for establishment and consistent application of the Change Management process through the correct integration of the tools, resources, platforms, applications and databases;
• Works with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure coordination and communication with the customer about changes;
• Assessing urgent changes or deciding on the approval, delay or rejection of changes;
• Chairs Change Advisory Board meetings (CAB), which reviews and approves changes;
• Organize awareness/training sessions for Technical teams/engineers;
• Ensure Change Management integration with the other ITIL processes;
• Focuses on business requirements and business risk management and compliancy;
• Analyze change records to determine any trends or apparent problems that occur, produce regular management reports, ensure KPIs are tracked and met;
• Maintains and improves process effectiveness (quality), process efficiency (cost), process performance (throughput) and process vulnerability (security);
• Responsible for the integrity of the Forward Schedule of Change and may initiate RFCs;
• Initiates follow-up actions to correct any problems or inefficiencies arising during execution of the Change Management Process and highlights any issues or ideas of improvement.

• Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines.
Experience/Knowledge Essential
• Proven track record and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools and their implementation in large complex environment;
• Strong operational experience in the Change Management process;
• Understanding of the ITIL best practices;
• Experience in a customer service environment;
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills including interpersonal, influencing and communication skills;
• Competent with Microsoft Office.
Experience/Knowledge Desirable
• Relevant industry knowledge and technical skills (database administration, internet protocol, application monitoring, unix systems, networking, server virtualization);
• MCSE/CCNA Certification;
• ITIL Foundation and/or ITIL Intermediate certifications would be an advantage
ServiceNow.
