Atos Procurement is seeking a Buyer for the Subcontracting category, specializing in IT Services in Time & Materials mode. Join us to develop, maintain, and optimize this critical portfolio while driving strategic procurement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Management:
- Define and implement short- and medium-term procurement strategies for all sub-categories in alignment with Group strategy.
- Lead strategic projects: source suppliers, manage RFPs, negotiate, and establish contracts.
Supplier Panel:
- Structure, manage, and evaluate supplier panels.
- Address contractual issues, including updating contracts, ensuring compliance with terms & conditions, and maintaining the contract database.
Financial Performance:
- Identify and propose economic levers to optimize costs.
- Develop cost estimations, follow up, and negotiate framework agreements.
- Report and monitor financial performance metrics.
Benchmark Analysis:
- Conduct market benchmarking to deliver added value to internal clients and adjust procurement strategies to market changes.
Business Partnering:
- Build strong relationships with internal clients by sharing best practices and implementing new processes or ways of working.
- Proactively support internal projects and streamline the purchasing process to maximize value.
Candidate Profile:
- Bilingual in French and fluent in English.
- Master’s degree, ideally with a focus on Procurement.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Services Procurement within a complex, international organization.
- Operational expertise in RFP management and commercial negotiations.
- Project management or coordination experience in Procurement.
- Strong synthesis and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and influence abilities.
- Proactive, results-driven, autonomous, and highly organized.
- Adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
