Are you passionate about procurement and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? We are looking for a Buyer - Professional Services (Facility Management/Mobility) with French.

 

The Procurement department is a strategic function within Atos Group. Indirect Procurement plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company by managing a diverse portfolio across multiple categories. We are currently seeking a Buyer specializing in Professional Services to develop, maintain, and optimize these portfolios.

 

Key Sub-Categories:

  • Professional Services: Training, Permanent Recruitment, Payroll, Pension & Insurance, Consulting & Advisory, Marketing & Communication.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Category Management:

  • Define and implement short- and medium-term procurement strategies for all sub-categories in alignment with Group strategy.
  • Lead strategic projects, including sourcing suppliers, managing RFPs, negotiating, and establishing contracts.

Supplier Panel:

  • Structure, manage, and evaluate supplier panels.
  • Address contractual issues, such as updating contracts, ensuring compliance with terms & conditions, and maintaining the contract database.

Financial Performance:

  • Identify and propose economic levers to optimize costs.
  • Build cost estimations, negotiate framework agreements, and monitor financial performance.

Benchmark Analysis:

  • Benchmark and analyze the market to deliver added value to internal clients and adjust procurement strategies to market developments.

Business Partnering:

  • Build strong relationships with internal clients by sharing best practices and implementing innovative processes.
  • Proactively support internal projects and streamline the purchasing process to maximize value.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in an international company; 5+ years preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or engineering; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven operational expertise in RFP management and experience in project management or coordination in Procurement.
  • Ability to independently lead negotiations and manage global and local suppliers.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with an eye for detail.

Additional Experience:

  • Background in Indirect Procurement, particularly in Professional Services, is highly appreciated.

Location: Remote  - 10 AM to 7 PM with a one-hour break.
