Business Automation Specialist with German

Tasks:

As a Business Automation Specialist (m/f) you will have the following tasks:

• Clarify, process & track customer orders in our systems
• Cooperate & connect the presales, sales & delivery teams
• Maintain & supervise CRM data
• Experience with Salesforce
• Campaign tracking
• New Customer Integration in SF through Concludent Team
• Address internal and external stakeholders and be confident in negotiations.

Requirements:

• Language skills German and English fluently
• Pro-active and result oriented behavior
• Self-confidence
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• No fear of direct contact
