We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support complex transformation projects by bridging business needs and technical solutions.

Job in a nutshell

As a Business Analyst, you will play a central role in translating business needs into clear, testable, and valuable solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, contributing to requirements definition, testing activities, and project governance. Fluency in French is mandatory, as you will collaborate daily with French-speaking stakeholders. Your work will directly impact solution quality, delivery timelines, and overall project success.

What will you be doing:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs and functional requirements
• Analyze existing processes and propose improvements and optimization initiatives
• Assist business teams during workshops and working sessions
• Translate functional requirements into clear, structured, and testable user stories
• Organize and facilitate PI Planning sessions and workshops with multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate exchanges between technical teams, business teams, and software vendors
• Contribute to project management activities, including planning, risk management, and validation of deliverables
• Define testing strategies and test plans aligned with project objectives
• Write, execute, and monitor test campaigns (unit, integration, and acceptance)
• Participate in and support business acceptance testing (UAT)
• Record test cases and scenarios in the testing tool
• Manage, document, and track bugs and incidents, supporting their resolution
• Monitor and report KPIs related to quality, deadlines, and compliance
• Analyze user feedback and select relevant items to be reintegrated into the backlog
• Provide structured reporting on testing activities and campaign results
• Support and train teams to enhance their testing and quality practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects
• Strong background in requirements analysis and functional specification
• Experience with testing activities, test planning, and test execution
• Experience organizing and facilitating workshops and PI Planning sessions
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management
• Experience working with testing and defect management tools
• Fluency in French is mandatory (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized manner
