Objectives

The Senior Solution Manager leads the development of technical solutions for Cybersecurity Services and offerings. This role collaborates with Cybersecurity Business Development and sales leadership to define solution strategies aligned with the “Win Strategy.” Key responsibilities include:

• Designing integrated security solutions, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Ensuring all proposals meet Cybersecurity Service Delivery assurance standards.
• Serving as the primary contact for Atos governance processes (e.g., Rainbow & Cybersecurity Service Governance) throughout the pursuit and engagement lifecycle.
• Engaging with clients to identify cybersecurity needs, coordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and bid teams to develop proposals, high-level designs, pricing, and validating proposed solutions.
• Translating business needs into technical requirements and contributing to the value proposition and costing.
• Developing and delivering clear, well-written proposals, presentations, and related communication materials to effectively convey the business and technical value of solutions and Atos’s competitive differentiation.

Key Activities

• Support bid and proposal development, including technical design for complex cybersecurity solutions (managed services, system integration, consulting).
• Lead workshops and conduct security assessments to identify client security and privacy issues, risks, exposures, and vulnerabilities.
• Architect secure solutions to address specific security and privacy requirements.
• Create high-quality documentation, including presentations, risk assessments, reports, and metrics.
• Deliver client presentations (virtual and in-person).
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance cybersecurity services and offerings.
• Demonstrate excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of senior solution architecture experience with technologies such as SOC/XDR, EDR, TI/TIP, VMS, EASM, SOAR, CSIRT, IAM, SASE, CNAPP, CIEM.
• Extensive experience in IT security, compliance, and risk management, including privacy, controls, and cloud security solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, hybrid environments).
• Expertise in Cloud Access Security Broker and cloud-based security solutions.
• Full lifecycle project experience as a Security Consultant, including design and implementation.
• Implementation experience with cybersecurity solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST) and experience advising on architectures meeting standards such as SSAE18, ISAE3402, SOC1, FISMA.
• Client-facing experience at various organizational levels.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
