  • Define and advise on AI guardrails such as PII redaction, prompt-injection defence, refusal classifiers, content moderation, jailbreak detection, and out-of-scope routing.
  • Run the AI incident-response playbook and maintain the model and prompt registry, AI risk register, and reporting posture.
  • Partner with the Lead AI Engineer and AI Delivery Enablement Lead to align governance and security requirements with delivery needs.

  • Experience integrating an enterprise AI or agent platform into client delivery, preferably Atos Polaris or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, DORA, NIS2, GDPR, AI guardrails, and enterprise security practices.
  • Experience running risk assessments and architecture reviews as a standing process.
  • Strong written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, IAPP AIGP, or equivalent AI governance certification.
  • Cloud security certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with Atos Polaris and at least two of its named agents.
  • Experience with AI red-team or adversarial testing, AI observability tooling, public writing, talks, or open-source contributions related to AI guardrails, governance, or operational risk.

Technical Skills
