Summary:

 

Working closely with HR and IT departments to contribute to the achievement of reporting consistency and efficiency on global level. Providing HR data analysis and extraction, reporting models and dashboards to internal clients. Monitoring data quality in the systems and reports.

 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare HR reports and data analysis
  • Advise stakeholders on general queries relating to HR reports.
  • Participatе in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Focusing on bringing consistency and efficiency to HR processes and tools.
  • Providing project management support.

 

 

 

Essential Criteria:

 

  • Proven analytical skills and experience  - Excel, SQL, VBA, SAP, Power BI.
  • Critical thinking: identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Strong Time Management
  • Desire and ability to work with numbers, numeric models, reports, formulas, algorithms, ERP systems.

 

 

 

Language Skills:

  • English business fluent (C1 advanced)
