Job Description:

Design, develop, implement, and support the components of identity management systems with concentration in the areas of identity and access management, directory services, workflow, security, and provisioning and compliance. Develop viable and efficient technology solutions to business needs according to customer requirements utilizing prebuilt system tools and custom Java coding. Ensure that programs and projects/systems are functionally appropriate, technically sound and well integrated to the software environment. Review requirement provided by identity analysts and collaborate with team members to provide technical solutions. Provide advanced technical support to the software development team to ensure project goals and team performance standards are met. Resolve technical issues reported by customers that involve coding or scripting solutions. Research the root cause of reported incidents to identify recurring patterns and develop and implement necessary modifications to the Directory Services and/or HR solution to resolve the issue and prevent re-occurrence, and ensure that the design, development and implementation meet the defined architectural footprint and meet corporate and department standards. Develop, modify, and provide support for the Identity Management Solution product suite through the use of custom Java scripts. Collaborating with team members, develop and document detailed IDM Specifications. Serve as liaison with customers to define desired functionality changes and develop and implement modification specifications to the IDM system; Develop system and application interfaces and ensure quality and efficiency through capacity planning, performance assessment, and integration and regression testing.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and five (5) years in any occupation with experience in identity management. Five (5) years in any occupation with experience in identity management must include: Java; SailPoint IIQ; Oracle SQL; JavaScript; and SQL.

ROVING/TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE: Reports to company headquarters in Plano, TX. Will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely or telecommute.

Salary: $139,464 - 140,464 per year
