About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service delivery coordinator / Customer operations specialist to support our business operations and client service processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth financial and operational workflows from order creation to customer billing and service delivery within our organization.

You will collaborate closely with sales, finance, project management, and service delivery teams to ensure high-quality customer experience and efficient internal processes.

Location: Estonia

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporing sales with order processing and other related administrative jobs
  • Oversee order-to-cash processes (order setup, billing, monitoring) with our own CRM and Siemens DISW systems.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams for seamless execution.
  • Track and report on service performance and implement improvements.
  • Support process optimization and automation initiatives.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Service Management, Client Operations, or Delivery Coordination (IT/Tech environment preferred).
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM tools (D365 CRM, SAP, SalesForce.)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English; Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian is a highly appreciated.
