e-Procurement Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and leading project activities to achieve objectives within a specified period of time.Project management requires skills in organizing, budgeting, staffing, monitoring, and communicating.

Key requirement: Basic to enhanced knowledge and experience with SAP MM and Ariba Procurement.
Enhance existing processes and tools and implement new ones.

There are two important competences required:

SAP MM – experience with the SAP Material Management module, i.e. Purchase Orders, Purchase Requests, Goods Receipt Notes, etc.
SAP Ariba – some touchpoints with the SAP Ariba system, either as an administrator or at least as an end user

• Gather, plan and lead implementations of an enhancement ideas
• Work with stakeholders to understand the needs and set up goals

• Establish milestones and resources necessary to achieve project objectives
• Coordinate and communicate all steps of the project
• Support and manage all involved parties on each step of the project

• Manage testing activities
• Cooperating with business, procurement Teams, Atos IT and Ariba on the ongoing projects
• Be a Procurement representative in in global projects lead by other Teams

• Conduct independent search of upgrade opportunities
• Manage e-Procurement Tooling & Efficiency SharePoint
• Maintain guides for admins and requestors regarding MyAtos application (catalogues, Guided Buying, Ariba Buying, MyAtos apps)
• Train users regarding system usage (Guided Buying, Ariba Network)
• Implement changes in the system
• Work on system issues
• Deal with escalation
• Support Admin Team (GB, ZP) in daily responsibilities (changes, issues, processes)
