Work Setup: Onsite 

• Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree 

• Must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work in any shift

• Participates in calibration (internal and external) exercises on a regular basis to ensure consistency 

• Knowledgeable in tracking and documenting client’s information with the required reports 

• Can perform other assigned/related duties within center as directed 

• Must be willing to work in any shift, holidays, overtimes, and weekends 

• Update transaction details in database/applications 

• Reconciling of Statements/Accounts 

• Preparing/revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)  

• Preparing Reports as per process requirements 

• Completing activities as per process deliverables (Meeting SLAs) 

• Strive for continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience
