Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Risk and Security Engineer who will be responsible for the technical design, configuration, implementation, integration and continuous improvement of enterprise ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations solutions. The role translates risk, regulatory, compliance, cybersecurity, incident response, vulnerability management and operational requirements into secure, scalable, supportable and upgrade-safe ServiceNow designs.

In this global role, you will design and deliver next-generation AI-powered solutions, intelligent workflows, and reusable accelerators that strengthen our ServiceNow portfolio and help shape the future of digital transformation.

The candidate must communicate credibly with senior executives, CISOs, risk and compliance leaders, internal audit, control owners, legal and security teams, SOC leadership, incident response teams, vulnerability management teams, architects and technical delivery resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including GRC/IRM and/or Security Operations (SecOps) implementations.
  • Experience delivering multiple end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • ServiceNow GRC/IRM (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Operational Risk)
  • ServiceNow SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence)
  • CMDB, CSDM, integrations, workflows, reporting, and security architecture
  • Advanced ServiceNow development/configuration skills:
  • JavaScript
  • Glide APIs
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • IntegrationHub
  • Flow Designer
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with:
  • SIEM/SOAR platforms
  • Vulnerability scanners
  • Identity & security tools
  • Cloud security solutions
  • Enterprise applications
  • Proven ability to lead technical workshops and engage with senior stakeholders, including CISOs, security leaders, risk and compliance teams.
  • Strong experience translating business, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technically complex implementations and mentoring teams.

Mandatory Certifications:

  • Current ServiceNow certification in one or more of the following:
  • CIS - Risk & Compliance
  • CIS - Security Incident Response
  • CIS - Vulnerability Response
  • Equivalent current ServiceNow certifications
  • Minimum of 3 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred

Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD
  • CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CEH, Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certifications

Preferred Domain Experience:

  • Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Incident Response, or Vulnerability Management
  • Large enterprise, regulated, financial services, healthcare, government, or critical infrastructure environments

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and consulting background
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
