You will play a vital role in protecting our client’s data, networks, and computer systems from
breaches and cyberattacks.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

• Manage team ticket queue and resolve in timely manner.
• Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation.
• Troubleshoot minor and major system problems in a timely manner and escalate to L3
support when necessary.
• Provide global 24x7 operations support to client Meet service level agreement (SLA)
commitments.
• Help the users in solving data issues. Perform system administration tasks.
• User administration.
• Provide software application support under the supervision of the Senior Engineer.
• Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements.
• Ensure effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
• Consult with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve
application performance.
• Manage code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized
functionality.
• Establish the root causes of application errors and escalate serious concerns to the
Senior Engineer.
• Keep records of configuration changes and schedule application updates.
• Document processes and monitor application performance metrics.
• Provide front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.

Required Skills and Experience


• A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information
technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar
• Hands on experience in password management, application configuration
• Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field
• Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as
C++, Javascript, Python, and Ruby
• Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor
performance
• Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and webbased clients
• Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing
them
• Ability to keep up with innovation in application design
• Exceptional communication skills
