Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Lines Associate/Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with an academic background and a keen interest in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing administrative tasks, supporting customer engagement, and contributing to process improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently execute assigned tasks across multiple systems.
  • Design solutions for internal and external clients based on the established procedures.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues while keeping supervisors informed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service delivery goals.
  • Engage with internal and external customers to ensure high-quality service.

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to adapt to organizational changes and work in rotational shifts.
  • Quick learner with high energy and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Non-technical disciplines).
  • Any relevant experience in the insurance claims domain would a plus.
