Job Description :

 

  • Minimum 2-3-years’ experience in insurance claims handling
  • Proven track record of successful claim handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Preferred knowledge of insurance regulations, policies, and procedures

 

Knowledge, Claims Handling Ability:

  • Investigate and analyze claims documentation
  • Determine coverage and liability
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
  • Communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, suppliers, and brokers
  • Apply industry-standard claims handling procedures.
